Goobye 2015, Hello 2016!

Today I want to share with you a NYE look. This darling sequin skirt from H&M is perfect to celebrate. I believe you can’t go wrong with sequins & glitter for NYE, right? Since the skirt is already a statement piece, I paired it with this fuzzy black sweater for contrast. Can we talk about these gorgeous shoes!?!?! I’ve been looking for a pair like these for a few years so I was pretty happy when I found them. I may be a tad obsessed. Hope everyone has a great NYE!

Merry Christmas Eve!

Today I want to share with you a quick Christmas Eve attire. This gorgeous red lace top from Marshall’s screams Christmas so it was no brainer to snatch it up. This top goes perfect with either a skirt or dark jeans. To add a fancy touch, I wore these glam earrings that I wore to Prom back in 2008! And of course, a matching Christmas present to complete the look.

Feelin' Festive

Hi everyone!

I love dressing up for the holidays, which is why I want to share with you this festive look. 

What better way to celebrate Christmas than to rock the color red!?!? This red sweater from Marshall’s is the perfect Christmas staple piece. To add contrast, I opted for a plaid scarf and pom-pom beanie. For accessories, I went with matching black riding boots & purse. And because I love my statement jewelry—these darling earrings from Forever 21 add a classic touch. 

P.S. The pine tree’s in the background make everything seem more Christmas-y, right?

Aztec Scarf

Hi All,

Happy November! 

I can't believe Fall is coming to an end. With that being said,

I'm trying my best to wear the cutest Fall outfits while I can.

Today I want to share with you this adorable aztec scarf. 

Can we please talk about this skirt + scarf combination? Swoon. 

I love all the warm colors and coziness of the scarf. I decided to pair 

it with a neutral shirt, riding boots and turquoise earrings. 

Now all I need is a gorgeous Colorado mountain background

Friday Favorites

Today I want to share with you some Friday Favorites.

{ Pumpkin Patches }

I LOVE going to pumpkin patches. There's just something

about them that makes Fall seem, Fall. I love looking at

the mums, pumpkins and local homemade goodies. 

It's definitely one of my favorite things to do.

{ Fall Hats }

This year was my first time purchasing a Fall hat

and I must say, I do not regret it. I love trying to find

a way to style it--definitely a fall staple piece.

I love baking and when there's an opportunity 

to include pumpkin spice, you do it. I introduce to you,

It's definitely one of my favorite things to do ever

and I've never missed a year :-)  Nothing says Fall like

colorful leaves, crisp air,  pumpkins and the smell of fair food.

Pumpkin Craftin'

Hi Love Bugs!

Today I want to share with you a few 

ways to decorate pumpkins. I adore LOVE pumpkins

so when I stumbled upon decorative pumpkin ideas

via Pinterest, I just had to try them out.

Thumbstack Initial

How adorable is this? AND it's so easy to make!

To start, draw your letter on the pumpkin with a pencil 

or free hand it. Once you have the letter drawn, simply

take your thumbtack and place it on the letter. Push in and

 ta-da you're done. You could even add swirl designs next to 

the letter for an artsy touch.  

Gold Design

I love gold so when I discovered you can 

spray paint pumpkins gold--I was all over it.

 To start, wash off your pumpkin and dry it with a towel.

Removing any dirt will help the paint go on easier. 

Take any tape and place around middle of the pumpkin.

This will help you get an even line when you spray. 

Spray paint lower part of pumpkin. Let dry for 30 minutes. 

Take a black marker and make any design around pumpkin.

How amazing does this look? I love how it 

turned out. I added in plain pumpkins

for contrast so they wouldn't look too 

overwhelming. I can't wait to try different

designs + colors next year.
