Birthday Outfit!

Hi friends!

Today I want to share with you what I wore
to my birthday lunch! I purchased this shift dress at Country Outfitters
and absolutely love it. I adore how the colors turns into an ombre,
making it a little different. Whats great about this dress is how its versatile--
sandals for a casual look or wedges for something dressy. As for accessories,
I decided to go with gold jewelry and a brown cross-body. As I stated before,
nothing like turquoise and gold with a Summer tan.

 Oh and cheers to { almost } 26!
My birthday isn't until July 29th however
I will be in Nashville celebrating with the fiance.
This past weekend I met my parents for lunch and
then went to a local county fair to indulge in deep
fried buckeyes. YUM!

Sincerely,
Ashley Nicole

Announcement

Today's post is very special because....

I'M ENGAGED!

I don't think I can say that enough :-)
Stephen asked me to be his wife on July 4th, 2016
and of course I said "YES!"  We've been dating for nearly 7
years and I seriously cannot wait to be a Mrs.

We met at college back in November 2009 at a party. I remember asking
for his number because I thought he was cute and sweet :-)
I also learned years later that he purposely drank more than intended
so he could have enough courage to come over and talk to me, HA!
We actually hung out the next day at his apartment and after two weeks
of "seeing each other" we became official. We dated all through college and
after 5 years, we moved in together.

 I don't think I ever felt more comfortable, cared for or loved in my
entire life than I do with him. His happiness and success means the world
to me. I'm definitely blessed to spend this beautiful journey with my love.
I love you, Stephen!

Sincerely,
Ashley Nicole, xo

4th of July Dessert

Hello everyone!

Today I want to share with you how to make this
adorable patriotic flag pizza. When I saw this recipe on
Pinterest, I just knew I HAD to make it. This is a great light +
healthy dessert to bring to a cook out that will be a hit. Let's begin!

{ Step 1 }

You will need the following ingredients:

* 1 tube of crescent dough sheet
* 4 small containers of coconut greek yogurt
* Bananas
* Strawberries
* Blueberries

{ Step 2 }

* Preheat oven to 375 degrees

* Place dough on a greased cooking sheet and shape into
a rectangle. Make sure to press down on corners

* Place into oven for 15-20 mins or until lightly golden

* Once cooled, spread coconut yogurt on dessert pizza as the "icing"

{ Step 3 }

* Outline flag with blueberries and create a rectangle at
the top left corner

* Using thinly sliced bananas + strawberries, make the stripes
on remaining part of dessert pizza

Ta-da! Serve immediately or place in fridge and serve that day

Have a safe + happy 4th of July!

Sincerely,
Ashley Nicole, xo
