More pj's! I've been working from home

since March and will be for the foreseeable future 

therefore I need more pj's to lounge in! 

I actually snagged a similar pair at Marshalls

and they are SO soft!

A BIG Christmas tree! We have pretty

high ceilings at our house so I'll will be

on the hunt post Christmas [hello, clearance] 

looking for one

This beautiful wallpaper. I plan to

use it for some small projects around the house

HOW adorable are these mugs?!!?

They've been floating around on my Instagram

feed and I think they are so cute + festive! 

 I thought it would be fun to create a Christmas bucket 

list this year. A little something to look forward to over the next

few weeks since were mostly stuck inside :)

Fall Photos

 Hi, all!

For today's post, I want to share a Fall

photo recap. Fall is my favorite time of the year--the

yummy baking, chill mornings, leaves changing, pumpkins,

sweaters, cozy decor, Halloween, and so much more! I'm usually 

traveling for work during this time so I truly felt like 

I got to soak in every minute.

Creamy Sausage Gnocchi

 Hello, all!

Sharing a super delicious recipe below--

easy to make & perfect for Fall. Enjoy!

Ingredients 

•  1 lb mild ground sausage 
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 15 oz can garlic + olive oil petite diced tomatoes 
• 3/4 cup heavy cream
• 1 16oz pkg gnocchi
• 2-3 cups fresh spinach
• 1 1/2 cup shredded mozz cheese 
• Fresh parm cheese + parsley for garnish

Instructions

• In a skillet over medium high heat, add your sausage, onion, garlic, & seasonings and sauté until browned
• Add in the tomatoes, cream, gnocchi, and spinach. Heat until gnocchi is cooked, spinach is wilted, and some of the cream has reduced { about 8-10 mins }
• Stir in the mozz cheese until melted
• Garnish with parm cheese and parsley
