Pumpkin Cookies

Happy Fall, Ya'll!

Okay, I know its only the second day of September
BUT I am so excited for Fall. Pumpkins, leaves,
crisp cool mornings, sweaters, etc. are just a few
things I love about Fall. Labor Day weekend is
when I put out my Fall decoration and to really
kick off Fall, I decided to make some cookies.
I came across this recipe on Pinterest and
was immediately intrigued. What could you
not love about pumpkins & chocolate? I
figured it would be fun to take you along
on my pumpkin baking adventure, enjoy!

I introduce to you, Pumpkin Chocolate
Chip Walnut Cookies. SO GOOD!

Lovin'

Hi friends,

Today's post is What I'm Loving this month. I love
putting these together and sharing what I'm currently
loving right now. It's been awhile since I've shared one so
I figured August would be a perfect month to do so. Enjoy!

test out some new recipes

{ 3 }
Delilah's. I love these huge
flowers--so gorgeous

{ 4 }
Rice Crackers & Iced Coffee. Not
together but I love these rice crackers
to snack on and of course I love iced coffee.
Especially from Starbucks

Denim Skirt + Floral Wrap Top. I've
always loved denim skirts so I was trilled
to see they are back in style. Also, I love
the way wrap tops look---very flattering.

Life Update: Anniversary, Birthday, + Farmers Market Trip

Hello everyone!

It's been awhile since I've posted on here. The month of
July, well actually the entire Summer has flown by and
snuck up on me. The weekends seem to be filled and
it's crazy to think August is here and Summer is
coming to end. Since July I've been super busy with
work, traveling, + celebrating. Let's begin with some
updates. Enjoy!

Update
{ one }

Our ONE year wedding anniversary! Stephen & I celebrated
our one year anniversary on July 22nd. Can't believe its already
been a year. Where did the time go? We spent our actual anniversary at
home.  I made a delicious brunch spread for us which included endless
mimosas. We spent the day reminiscing on our wedding pictures,
guest book, all the wedding cards. We then picked up pizza from a local
shop {totally a Sterling thing} and had our anniversary cake from Nothing
Bundt Cakes--so good! A few days later we went out to eat at winery
since our actual anniversary was a bit cloudy outside. I also purchased
these adorable gifts from Etsy! Overall it was a lovely celebration and
I'm so blessed for my husband, xoxo.

Update
{ two }

My birthday was a few days ago and I had so much
fun celebrating! I spent the morning sipping
coffee in the cutest pj's followed by eating some yummy
 cinnamon rolls. Then I got ready and put on the most darling
sundress for a BBQ birthday with my parents! My
husband made the most delicious brisket, it was SO good!
After our BBQ celebration we went out for ice cream.
My parents got me a few small things along with Joann
Gaines new cookbook that I can't WAIT to read + test out.
Thank you all for making my birthday lovely!

Update
 { three }

The day before my birthday I explored downtown Granville
Farmers Market! I've never been before and was excited to see what they
offer. They had a lot of vendors selling veggies, fruit, jams, baked goods,
oils, dried ingredients, flowers + more. I ended up taking home this gorgeous
flower bouquet--how stunning?!?! It was a great Saturday morning and the
weather was perfect! I definitely plan on coming back soon.

U.S.A

Hello, July!

I can't believe July is already here. How
are we already half way through Summer?!?!?!
Anyways...with July 4th coming up in a few days
I decided to put together a little inspiration collage.
I love dressing up for festive holidays, getting together
with family, indulging in great food, & of course watching
 all the pretty fireworks! Enjoy!

Sincerely,
Ashley Nicole, xo
